As a client of Liito Group Pty Ltd you are responsible for reading and understanding this Cancellation & Refund Policy. By using our services, it indicates that you have read, accepted and that you agree to this policy.

In certain circumstances and within certain limits, fees may be refunded for cancellations and/or incomplete work.

Listed below are the conditions upon which a refund may be issued:

  • Liito Group Pty Ltd offers a full refund if:
    • the booking is cancelled no less than 48 hours prior to the commencement of scheduled work, or
    • services are cancelled within 15 minutes of making a booking, or
    • Liito has made an administrative error
  • All fees, EXCLUDING a $25 service fee, will be refunded if the booking is cancelled 48-24 hours prior to the commencement of scheduled work.
  • All fees, EXCLUDING a $50 service fee, will be refunded if the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of commencement of scheduled work.
  • If the authorised work has been started and unexpectedly ceased during the booking duration, refunds may be awarded upon review of the circumstances in adherence with our Services Agreement.

Refunds will be accredited back to the original form of payment.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please notify us by email at info@liito.com.au and we will do our best to determine and correct the issue promptly. Be certain the words 'Cancellation & Refund Policy' are used in the Subject line.
